I am 36 years old and have noticed a lot of premature ageing on my shoulders and my decolletage. I have tried fillers in my decolletage area but nothing has worked. I was considering laser treatment. Would you recommend this?

Premature wrinkles on the shoulders and décolletage can be treated quite successfully with chemical peels. As the chest is a very sensitive area, this has to be carried out by a skilled professional and the areas treated will be very sensitive to the sun for some time afterwards so timing is important for this treatment. The newer 'implant' type of fillers may offer a more effective treatment as they stimulate the body to produce its own new areas of collagen to plump out premature wrinkles. Pigmented sun damage can be removed either with IPL/laser or Obagi NuDerm.
