I have an overprojected nose nose that is very long for my face and a bulbous tip. Are there any specialist ethnic rhinoplasty surgeons in the UK and how would I find them?

A long, overprojected nose is a common problem that rhinoplasty surgeons have to deal with
in patients of all ethnicity and
this can be discussed at your consultation.
Management of a bulbous tip maybe more difficult if you are of Afro-Caribbean origin (or indead a man!). This is because tip definition depends to a certain extent on the thickness of the overlying skin.
Persons with thick skin at the tip of the nose, will not be able to get a thin nicely defined tip beause the skin will hide the cartilagenous shape beneath.
