I have just turned 35 and my skin seems to have suddenly worsened in this last couple of months.
I have two young children and a busy job and that hasn't helped. I have marked naso-labial lines and sun damage as a result of over indulging in sun worshipping in my younger years. I used the roller as instructed along with their LipoPeptide Collagen Booster for facial skin improvement.
I have used it two to three times a week as instructed and I have noticed a difference but I plan to book an appointment with a practitioner offering an in-clinic micro-needling treatment as I would like a more intensive course for faster results. Medik8 Titanium Dermaroller
I am 26 years old and getting married just before Christmas and wanted a glowing dewy complexion for my big day.
I have suffered from bad skin in the past and now have some scarring as a result so was keen to try and improve my skin condition.
I used the Medik8 Titanium Dermaroller with the C-Tetra serum that was provided with the roller. As instructed I rolled the device ten times over each skin area and then applied the serum. I was really worried that I would be left with marks all over my face but there seemed to be no visible signs.
I began to notice an improvement in my skin tone and texture after just a couple of uses and two weeks in I am amazed by how clear my skin looks. There has also been a noticeable reduction in my acne scars.

MNS Dermal Roller
I am only 24 so didn't feel I needed to use the machine on my face but I was interested in using it to reduce the appearance of a scar on my arm and stretch marks on my legs. The device didn't come with serum so I used Bio Oil.
First, I used the device as instructed and then smoothed Bio Oil over the areas. The needles on this device seemed very short and didn't seem to penetrate the skin very much. Maybe it would be different on the face where the skin is more delicate but I think for where I was using it - on my legs and arms - it didn't have much effect. I am considering booking a consultation with a clinic to discuss a having the treatment carried out by a practitioner
