What prompted you to have the treatment?

These days as an actress you have to factor in the HD (high definition) camera that doesn't miss anything! I chipped my four front teeth as a kid and they were really showing up on my film and TV work. As a model I felt that I was missing out on some beauty and close up work because of my chipped teeth.

Who carried out the procedure and what was their opinion at the consultation?

Dr Amjad Malik at Woodford House Dental Practice carried out the procedure. He noted that my oral health and teeth were generally in excellent health but that my front teeth were chipped and could benefit from some targeted work.

How was the experience?

Excellent. There is a real ‘spa' feeling at the practice - in fact it doesn't feel like a dental practice at all! They have an awesome massage chair and relaxation room where I chatted with a consultant about what I needed.

How long did it take?

Just two short visits. Dr Malik used composite restorations and some subtle filing to improve the shape of the front teeth.

Did you have to take any medication after it was done?

None at all - just avoid eating for around four hours.

What were the immediate results?

I instantly felt more confident and enjoyed smiling at myself in the mirror! I was able to get new acting headshots that featured a perfect beautiful smile.
