What prompted you to have the treatment?

I have had blocked pores (seborrhea) since my teens which I feel ruins my complexion. I am 27 now so have spent over ten years trying to manage this condition.

How was the experience?

Anaesthetic cream is used to numb the skin so when the dermaroller makes contact with it the most I felt was a mild scratching sensation.

What were the immediate results?

On the day of the treatment it looked red and felt slightly tight and sore - just like it would following a day at the beach. On day two it was red and still looked a little sunburnt. After that it began to peel for about two days but it was nothing the chiroxy cream couldn't hide.

Then my face looked really refreshed. The long-term results were that the pores took much longer to become blocked again.

Are you happy with the treatment?

Yes. After the first three days I had many compliments from people on my refreshed complexion. It is lovely to have a longer period of time with clean un-blocked pores and without focusing all my attention on the state of my pores!
