What prompted you to have the treatment?

While reasonably happy with the way I looked I could see the loose skin around my jowl was noticeably sagging, especially when I was looking down, and I knew it was just going to get worse unless I did something about it.

I was terrified of crossing the line of looking good and looking ‘worked on' that has become apparent with some celebrities. When I saw the advert for the Miracle Frame Facelift it seemed to be the answer: no incisions, no downtime, subtle, effective and a fraction of the price of a traditional facelift.

Who carried out the procedure and what was their opinion at the consultation?
Dr Kieren Bong carried out my procedure as he deemed me a good candidate with realistic expectations.

How was the experience?
The procedure was performed under local anaesthetic. The experience was fine; like going to the dentist. I have a very low pain threshold and told Dr Bong if I felt anything. Like the dentist, if I have enough pain relief I'm fine.

What were the immediate results?
The immediate results were amazing as you could see the tightness of the jawline and jowl. Later there was some swelling in my upper face but this subsided after three days to just a slight swelling that only I was aware of.

Are you happy with the treatment?
I am so happy with the treatment. It is everything I hoped for and more. It is subtle but my jawline is restored. I look exactly like me but with a stronger jawline and jowl. No-one has noticed though I'm sure I will continue to look better over the next few weeks.

It involved insertion of specially designed sutures into the deep tissues and in Claire's case we used ten threads in each side of her face to create a frame to gently lift her sagging tissue in an upward direction. The threads are so fine they cannot be felt and are not visible.
