Donna felt very self conscious about having small breasts, and wanted a breast augmentation so she could feel more attractive and confident in herself. She chose to have the operation under local anaesthetic, with Mr Azhar Aslam of Linia Cosmetic Surgery, and this is her story.......
1) Before: Feeling slightly nervous but exited at the same time. Looking forward to seeing the end result
2) Being prepared for surgery. Mr Aslam is injecting Donna with antibiotics as a standard procedure.
3) Mr Aslam is injecting the breasts with local anaesthetic to numb the area.
4) Applying the Betadine solution to Donna's skin second time around before surgery
5) Preparations for surgery complete. Waiting for the local anaesthetic to take effect. Donna is feeling fine and relaxed.
6) After checking the area completely numb, Mr Aslam makes the incisions for the breast implants. He is talking to Donna who is calm and cannot feel any pain.
7) The breasts have now been prepared and are ready for the insertion of the implant. Mr Aslam continues to talk to Donna and explains the process as he operates. Donna is feeling comfortable and at ease.
8) Withe the implants now inserted and the operation complete, Donna is able to sit up straight away to take a look at her new breasts.
9) Donna is delighted with the results and 'very, very happy' with the procedure.
10) Donna is sitting up after her surgery enjoying a snack and drink before preparing to go home.
