Cosmetic Surgeon - Leicestershire

Mr Graham Offer is a consultant plastic surgeon at Leicester Royal Infirmary and Clinical Teacher in plastic surgery at the University of Leicester. He is also Visiting Plastic Surgeon to the Gibraltar Health Authority.

He performs most plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures, with a special interest in aesthetic/ cosmetic breast surgery and breast reconstruction. He also performs complex revision breast surgery and nose reconstruction.

He is actively involved in plastic and aesthetic surgery research and lectures and publishes in peer- reviewed journals in the UK and overseas. He has recently presented a ten-year series on fat grafting (Lipofilling) of the breasts for reconstruction after breast cancer.
