Just yesterday it was revealed that Mario and Lisa stopped by their cosmetic surgeons to have a Botox boost before attending the Big Brother grand final.
Now it has been reported that it is not just the British housemates who are partial to a spot of cosmetic surgery.
Over in the United States, Big Brother season nine winner Adam Jasinski has just emerged after going under the knife in West Palm Beach.
The star used the money generated through the reality show to finally repair the facial injuries he suffered in a driving accident several years ago, with surgeons removing the remaining pieces of glass and then smoothing the area of skin out.
As Adam told the Palm Beach Post: "You only have one face. You need to take care of it, no matter what."
This comes as yet another former reality TV champion, Kerry Katona, has revealed her delight at her scaled-down bust, having just benefited from a breast reduction, while she is also expected to be having a tummy tuck soon as she looks to get back her pre-baby figure.
