With a life-changing decision to undergo plastic surgery, Ulrika Jonsson is putting decades of self consciousness about her sagging breasts firmly behind her.
Giving birth to four children has taken its toll on I-cup celebrity Ulrika who will undergo plastic surgery to give her the C-cup breasts she always desired.
Breast reduction costs around £5000, but what does it involve? Rajiv Grover, consultant plastic surgeon and secretary of British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (Baaps), told the Daily Mail: "The key point of the surgery begins with marking where the new nipple is to be positioned."
Skin and breast tissue is then removed and the nipples re-positioned, leaving two discreet scars.
Explaining the decision to undergo surgery, Ulrika, writing in the newspaper, said: "I dream of bra-less days spent running up and down the garden with the children; I dream of lying naked next to my husband and not worrying about how I look, and I dream of a bust which is in proportion to the rest of my body."
Last year, 3,402 women in the UK had breast reductions, according to Baaps.
