Lindsay Lohan is a woman who enjoys changing her appearance - her naturally red hair has been dyed blonde and brunette and she is rumoured to have had plastic surgery - including a boob job - allegations she's always denied. However, it seems that she may have taken things a little too far with her most recent procedure.
Lindsay stepped out in New York the other night with lip implants. She clearly decided against a subtle change as her lips seem vastly inflated - much bigger than her natural look.
While has explicitly said anything about her lips it's pretty clear that Lindsay has had some sort of cosmetic surgery on her lips - probably collagen injections.
Last week in an interview on US television Lindsay admitted that at a young age she consciously decided that she wanted to be in the spotlight. She confessed that when she was younger she wanted to be like her idol Britney Spears - a woman who has also had her troubles and been accused of having plastic surgery.
During the interview Lohan said: 'I think I always kind of aspired to be like Britney Spears in the tabloids when I was in middle school.
'It's kind of something you sign up for in the beginning and if you really want it, you know that comes with it.'
However, she did add that wanted to leave her wild child reputation behind her and try and straighten out. She said: 'I know that I'm a target and I know that I've given people a lot of reason to kind of run with things that have been said.'
Lohan said that she did have some regrets about her behaviour and that the last few years have been a learning curve for her. She admitted that she wasn't perfect and went on to say 'There are things I would like to take back and I always say that, but there aren't many things that I regret doing, because I wouldn't have learned from them, and I wouldn't be where I am today.
'I think it's taken me a long time to learn how to love myself before I could love someone else too. Whether it be a best friend or family or someone that I'm in a relationship with.'
