The latest instalment of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here should provide sparks as producers have roped in former contestant Katie Price to don her bikini in the jungle again.
The former glamour model flew to LA yesterday for a cosmetic surgery appointment and a trip to her favourite US hairdresser to have her hair extensions replaced so she will look her best for the TV show.
She told her Twitter followers: 'Just got to LA...doing Chelsea Lately tomorrow and Botox with Lisa and Gary! Then some shopping!'
After her plastic surgery preparations, Katie will fly to Australia next week where she'll re-enter the jungle for a reported £350,000 fee.
Amongst the other contestants are former page 3 girl Samantha Fox - famous for her breasts in 80s, but without implants - snooker player Jimmy White, actress Lucy Benjamin, US actor George Hamilton, TV interior design presenters Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan, dancer Camilla Dallerup and celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo.
Katie decided to return to the show in an attempt to get public sympathy back on her side after her bitter divorce from singer Peter Andre, who she met on the program in 2004. Their appearance together that year was ratings gold as viewers tuned in to watch their growing feelings for each other.
Since then the fairytale has ended in divorce and fighting. And it seems that Katie's appearance on I'm A Celebrity... has prompted yet another row between the pair.
But a source close to Mr Andre, 36, said: 'Peter is furious, he turned down the programme a few weeks ago and they were offering hundreds of thousands of pounds.
'He knew it was not right. But this time, Katie has gone too far - Peter feels that she has not adequately organised childcare.
'Her mother will look after the children and Peter will help, but he feels that it was entirely inappropriate, especially as Harvey and Junior have been unwell.'
Whatever Pete thinks, Katie is no doubt hoping that her appearance - complete with Botox top-up - will re-boost her popularity with the British public.
