Kym displays re-nude confidence after cosmetic surgery

Kym Marsh has shown off just how confident she is with her body after her recent cosmetic surgery, by posing naked for a photo shoot with Heat Magazine.

Coronation Street actress and former Hear'say singer Kym had a breast augmentation and liposuction last year, explaining:

"After three children, I'd lost most of my boobs and had a fat deposit in my tummy that wouldn't shift with any amount of training at the gym.

"Even if I was toned elsewhere, it wouldn't go away and it affected what I would wear, like a bikini. I didn't make the decision lightly."

The actress has previously told reporters that she feels "sexy" again after her boob job, which increased her bust by two cup-sizes, taking her from a 34B to a D cup.
