Although she is one of the lucky few to be invited to the Royal wedding, rather than worrying about the dress and hat, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has recently declared that she wants a new nose.
Tara is worried about the state of her nose after a £400-a-day cocaine addiction seriously damaged it. In 2006 she had a £6,000 op to rebuild the structure between her nostrils, but since then the nose has bent to the right.
"If I can get my nose fixed for the wedding that would be ideal," she said. "I'm not sure it's going to be possible but hopefully something can be done in time."
