Eastenders star Patsy Palmer has sworn off cosmetic surgery after a recent Botox injection landed her in hospital. She was rushed to emergency suffering heart palpitations and unable to move her head.
"I was freaking out," she told Piers Morgan. "I got so panicky and I ended up in A&E. That was my relationship with Botox over. I got really scared about it."
