Recent rumours suggest that Friends star Jennifer Aniston may have had cosmetic surgery to disguise her advancing years. Recent photographs of the star show her face to be a lot fuller and more youthful, suggesting the use of facial fillers and Botox. It is also suspicious that accompanying her new fuller face, Aniston's hair was remarkably blonder than it has ever been seen in public before, perhaps in a bid to disguise her having had cosmetic procedures done.

Known as a fitness fanatic, the actress has very little body fat, which in the past has left her face with some sharp angles. These are all gone now her face has been plumped up to achieve a more youthful and softer look overall, creating quite a change from the chiselled and angular facial features she is more known for.
