Neck Lift
The neck can often reveal a person's age faster than the face and often a patient needs only a neck lift rather than a full facelift. However, if someone is having a facelift they often have a neck lift at the same time to ensure an all over youthful appearance.
The neck lift is carried out by tightening the neck skin and underlying tissues. Incisions are usually made in front and round to behind the ear and back into the hairline. It may be combined with liposuction to give more definition to the jaw line or to remove a double chin.
