Pelleve

Pellevé is a virtually painless, non surgical procedure that aims to effectively reduce the appearance of wrinkles by delivering constant, gradual energy to the skin causing heat to build up where the layers of skin and fat meet. The heat modifies the collagen bundles inside the skin, causing them to contract and ultimately stimulate the growth of new collagen resulting in firmer, tighter skin.

The side effects of this procedure are minimal, and no anaesthetic is used during the procedure, which typically lasts around 45 minutes to an hour. Many people see results immediately after the treatment and because the skin is producing its own new collagen, the results can be seen for up to six months. Very little swelling or redness is incurred as a result of the procedure, meaning that very little downtime needs to be taken afterwards. Any redness or swelling that does occur usually disappears within a day.
