What are weight loss programmes?

Even for the morbidly obese, many practitioners recommend that a weight loss programme is attempted before resorting to Weight Loss Surgery, as this can help you to make the requisite changes to your lifestyle.

Another major advantage that these programmes hold over the surgical alternatives is that weight loss tends to be steady over a longer period, which helps to reduce the amount of excess skin you are left with at the end.

What’s the treatment like?
